Sharing thoughts

Some don’t pray over their food because they think it’s being religious. Dr. Emoto, a Japanese research scientist and others have proven that speaking positive words over water and living food with thanksgiving literally changes the molecular structure to that which is conducive to health and wellness. The consciousness in water and living food responds to your thoughts and words. (I am often conscious of this when eating out, not knowing what negative thoughts, words or intent may have been transferred to my food by those handling it. Therefore, I give my food specific commands, and raise the vibration with thanksgiving. Friends that laughed at me in years past are now realizing this science). This is further evidence of the power of blessing!!!

Dancing With God (this came from another source - so good!!!)

When I meditated on the word Guidance, I kept seeing "dance" at the end of the word.
I remember reading that doing God's will is a lot like dancing.
When two people try to lead, nothing feels right.
The movement doesn't flow with the music, and everything is quite uncomfortable and jerky.
When one person realizes that, and lets the other lead, both bodies begin to flow with the music.
One gives gentle cues, perhaps with a nudge to the back, or by pressing lightly in one direction or another.
It's as if two become one body, moving beautifully.
The dance takes surrender, willingness,
and attentiveness from one person
and gentle guidance and skill from the other.
My eyes drew back to the word Guidance.
When I saw "G: I thought of God, followed by "u" and "I". "God, "u" and "I" dance."
God, you, and I dance.
As I lowered my head, I became willing to trust
that I would get guidance about my life.
Once again, I became willing to let God lead.

Sharing thoughts

There have been several thoughts that had meant to share, but...we were traveling, and so there wasn't the opportunity. It was a truly wonderful journey, visiting family, friends, and having the joy of seeing our oldest grandson graduate from Washington and Lee University. Precious memories - how sweet and loving is our Father to have given us these opportunities. I am still learning how to use a blog (did publish a post before we left on our trip, but...for some reason, it didn't seem to find a spot. And now - it is gone. Oh well...) It was special to be reminded of just how Father loves us. Agape love...Agape is love even for that which is not desirable. It is love that has nothing to do with the characteristics of the person whois loved. It is love that is totally dependent on the nature of the one who feels and gives the love. God loves people, not becauseof what they do, or feel, or believe, or are, but because of what God Himself is and thus feels. In I John 4:8 we read, “God is love.” This agape is the very nature of God, and it causes Him to love us with a different, unlimited, unconditional love. WOW! UNlimited. UNconditional. And His love never - NEVER - ends, fails, or gives up. Hallelujah!!
